Hi, I’m Thomas Craig — a Palisade real estate agent serving the Grand Valley. I work with buyers, sellers, and investors across residential, commercial, and agricultural properties throughout Western Colorado.

I focus heavily on Palisade and the surrounding area, with a particular interest in investment properties, farm and agricultural land, and the details that come with them — irrigation systems, water rights, and land use. These can be complicated topics, and I enjoy breaking them down in a way that makes sense so my clients feel confident in their decisions.

I serve on the Board of Directors for the Grand Junction Area Realtor Association and as a voting member of the MLS Committee. I hold the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), At Home With Diversity (AHWD), and Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) designations, and I consistently rank among the top 25% of agents in the valley.

My background in the energy industry shaped how I approach real estate — practical, solutions-focused, and steady under pressure. Every transaction has its own challenges, and I’m known for working through issues, negotiating effectively, and keeping things moving toward the finish line.

As a Palisade native, I’m deeply connected to this community and the people in it. Outside of work, I spend time with my wife of 17 years and our two kids, and you’ll often find me out snowmobiling or working on something with a motor.
